FILING A CLAIM WITH
Start by getting prior approval. Before having any covered repairs made you or your dealer must call us at: 1-800-448-1505. We're here: If your vehicle needs repairs and cannot be driven or operated outside our normal business hours, you may proceed with necessary repairs. You should know that all other terms and conditions of your Vehicle Service Agreement apply. It is your responsibility to contact Lexus Financial Services at 1-800-448-1505 on the next available business day for claim authorization. It's a good idea to store the LFS phone number in your phone so you have it when you need it for claim authorization. When you request repairs at your dealer or repair facility, just present your Vehicle Service Agreement. Make sure you save any receipts throughout the process, including any lodging or dining receipts. Please refer to your Agreement to ensure any repairs or expenses are covered. If you have any expenses you hope to have reimbursed, you will need to mail eceipts to: Lexus Financial Services PO Box 661012 Dallas, TX 75265 Please allow 30 days for reimbursements. You should be prepared to pay your deductible (if applicable), plus any charges for repairs or services that are not covered when your covered repairs are completed. Keep a file with your repair orders, copies of any receipts and all other service-related documents in case you need them later.
