If I chose to receive my Privacy Policy only electronically, why am I still receiving a paper notice at my mailing address?

If you chose to receive your Privacy Policy only electronically, but the email we send to notify you is unable to be delivered, we will mail it to ensure that you receive a copy.

Also, in some cases involving multiple account holders, if one chooses to receive their notice electronically, while others do not, a notice may be mailed.
