- Log in to account
- Click SUPPORT CENTER located in the toolbar
- Select CREATE A NEW REQUEST
- From the "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?" dropdown, select PAYMENT RELIEF
- Provide details of your request in the description box
- Select SUBMIT and a confirmation notification will be sent to your email on file
