If you need help with a refund, please contact Customer Service Team or submit a New Support Request through the Support Center.
Be prepared to provide the payment amount, the date received, and confirmation number (if applicable).
If you made your payment by mail, AutoCheque, or Pay Online, LFS will issue a refund check through the mail. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days from the date the refund check is mailed for the check to arrive.
If you made your payment by phone or using the myLFS App, LFS will issue a refund electronically. Please allow 2-5 business days to process the refund.
Note: If your refund request brings your account past due, a refund cannot be issued.
