Follow these steps to cancel Paperless and receive your billing statements in paper form:
- Log in to your account
- Select “My Profile” from the navigation bar
- Click on “Paperless”
- Select the statements and documents you’d like to access online only
- Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page and you will receive an “Information Saved” message informing you that your changes have been updated successfully
All statements will remain available online.
Note: If we've posted a paperless statement to your account prior to your Paperless cancellation, a paper statement (for your current payment) will not be mailed to you. You will still be required to send in your payment by the due date. After we have processed your Paperless cancellation, paper statements will be mailed to you.
