Yes, you will still be able to make principal-only payments in the new payment experience. When you select “Make a One Time Payment” on the dashboard or the main menu, you will find the “Make A Principal Only Payment” button in the center of the page. From there, simply follow the prompts to submit your payment.
You can make one principal-only payment per 24 hours on the website or mobile app. Additional principal-only payments can be made by calling 1-(800) 874-7050
If you scheduled a principal-only payment before the launch of our new payment experience, that payment will be processed, and no action is required. If you need to edit or make changes to a one-time scheduled principal-only payment, you can do so by canceling and setting up a new payment with the necessary modifications.
