Once I have enrolled in Touch ID or Fingerprint, can I still log in to my account with my username and password?

Yes. You can log in to your account with your username and password any time. When you open the myTFS app and prompted to scan your fingerprint, select Cancel to return to the Login page where you can enter your username and password.
