Why isn’t my username working?

  • Usernames are case-sensitive.
  • For security reasons, we no longer accept email addresses as usernames.
  • If you used your email as your username, make sure the CAPS LOCK key on your computer or device is off, and then re-enter your username.
  • Log in here on your desktop or laptop using your current username. This will prompt you to update your username to comply with our new requirements.
