How do I remove a bank account and what will happen if I do?

Follow these steps to remove a bank account:

  1. Log in to the website
  2. Select “Menu” from the top navigation bar
  3. Select “Manage Bank Accounts” under Payments
  4. Select “Delete” next to the applicable bank account
  5. A “Delete Bank” window will pop up
  6. Click the “Delete” button
  7. The bank account information will be removed from the “Manage Bank Accounts” page

Any scheduled recurring payments or one-time payments linked to your removed bank account will be canceled. To continue to use Pay Online, you must add another bank account.

Any scheduled recurring payments or one-time payments not “Pending” or “Approved” linked to your removed bank account will be cancelled. To continue to use Pay Online, you must add another bank account.
