How is the Travel Rewards Program better than most frequent flyer programs?
While most frequent flyer programs usually limit you to one airline and have many restrictions, such as blackout dates, limited seat availability, class restrictions, Saturday night stay requirements, and advance purchase requirements, the Travel Rewards Program offers flexibility and convenience.
Calculating the Lexus Pursuits Points needed for travel redemption is straightforward; just multiply the price of itinerary by 150.

If I enroll in the Travel Rewards Program, can I still redeem my Lexus Pursuits Points towards Lexus dealership purchases?
Absolutely. In addition to sales, service parts and accessories at participating Lexus dealerships,enrolling in the optional Travel Rewards Program simply provides the additional ability to redeem Lexus Pursuits Points for travel related purchases, such as airfare, hotels, car rentals, cruises, spas transactions and more.

If I am enrolled in the Travel Rewards Program, can I cancel or change my reward travel for flights, hotels, car rentals, or other travel once my itinerary is booked?
You must cancel or change any travel plans directly with the airline, hotel or other travel provider with whom you made the reservation. The cancellation/change policies of the agent or provider with whom you booked your travel would apply.

Is there any cost for participating in the Travel Rewards Program?
Yes. There is a yearly fee which will be billed to your Lexus Pursuits Visa Card once you are enrolled.

Are there restrictions on the number of Lexus Pursuits Points I may redeem for travel at any given time?
There is no minimum or maximum number of points you may redeem at any one time.

If I am enrolled in the Travel Rewards Program, can I use my Lexus Pursuits Points to buy an airline ticket or travel for someone else?
Yes. Lexus Pursuits Points must be redeemed by the Cardmember or Joint Cardmember, but the airline ticket or other travel reservation may be issued to another person as long as the purchase was made with your Lexus Pursuits Visa Card.
You may also redeem points toward a Lexus Rewards Card.

How do I redeem Lexus Pursuits Points for travel?
You must be enrolled in the optional Travel Rewards Program in order to redeem Lexus Pursuits points toward your travel. Once enrolled, you may redeem your points in one of 2 easy ways:
Make your travel purchases on your Lexus Pursuits Visa.
Redeem points for a Lexus Rewards Card.
For purchases made with your Lexus Pursuits Visa Card, book travel your way (through your personal travel agent, online or directly with the airline or hotel provider) by making the purchase with your Lexus Pursuits Visa account. Call Cardmember Service at 866-877-4966 and ask to redeem any number of points toward our travel purchase (up to the full amount).
The credit to your Lexus Pursuits Visa Account will appear on your next billing statement along with the Lexus Pursuits points redemption activity and balance. Please note that the change to your Lexus Pursuits Visa Account when booking your travel and the credit to your account after booking may not appear on the same statement due to processing time.
If you would prefer, you may redeem points for a Lexus Rewards Card and purchase your travel directly with the Rewards Card.

Can I use any credit card to pay for travel and redeem Lexus Pursuits Points?
No. In order to earn and redeem Lexus Pursuits Points, you must use your Lexus Pursuits Visa Card for the purchase.
