The LFS Lease

is designed to maximize the benefits of leasing while offering flexibility in the amount of your monthly payments. When leasing, payments are limited to the portion of the vehicle you expect to use over the specified term plus any lease charges. Our LFS Lease allows you to maximize the financial benefits even further with additional lease options such as the 1Pay Lease, Multiple Security Deposit and Low Mileage Lease Programs.
Enjoy the luxury of driving a new Lexus every few years, without the burden of negotiating trade-in values. You may, select monthly terms from 24 to 60 months, and minimize your initial up front costs or amount due at signing (when compared to traditional financing).
Low Mileage Lease Program

You may benefit from lower monthly payments with one of LFS' Low Mileage Lease Programs. Choose from two options - 10,000 miles or 12,000 miles. All new Lexus vehicles are eligible and 36- to 60-month terms are available. The total allowable miles under the LFS Low Mileage Lease Program is calculated by dividing the number of months in the lease term by 12 and multiplying by 10,000 or 12,000.
Multiple Security Deposit Program

Multiple Security Deposit (MSD) allows you to place up to nine additional security deposits at lease inception, thereby reducing monthly payments substantially. The additional security deposits are refunded to you at the end of the lease term. (Not available in New York). The Multiple Security Deposit Program is available for New and Certified Lexus vehicles leased through LFS.
1Pay Lease Program

Avoid the hassle of monthly payments with the 1Pay Lease. It permits you to prepay all monthly payments in a single payment at lease signing. This single total lease payment is less than the amount you would pay over the life of a conventional lease. The 1Pay Lease Program is available for New and Certified Lexus vehicles leased through LFS.
